San Diego Hypnotherapy

Hi, my name is Olga Villarreal. I'm a certified and experienced hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, and CORE Coach, also trained in EFT and Time Techniques. I'm currently in the process of becoming a certified psychotherapist.
I'm confident leading group sessions online and have successfully run group hypnosis sessions during retreats. Most of my one-on-one sessions are also held virtually, and I'm very comfortable using Zoom and other online tools.
I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills and a naturally calming presence. I'm passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
